As president of Red Cell’s healthcare practice, Naimish oversees the company’s healthcare strategy and growth across incubation and investment verticals and recruits, as well as partnering with incubation leads to build companies that address problems primarily focused in health services, care delivery, and diagnostics and therapeutics.
 
Naimish has vast experience as a healthcare executive, having led high-performing growth organizations in the digital healthcare space for more than a decade and spearheaded sales to payers, providers, employers, and consumers across market caps and market segments. He is a former VP and general manager of enterprise solutions at Optum, a division of UnitedHealth Group, and was a founding member at Rally Health, a consumer-centric digital health company acquired by UnitedHealth in 2017. At Rally, Naimish held numerous leadership roles as the organization scaled to over $1B in revenue.
 
A skilled entrepreneur, Naimish is an active venture investor and advisor to several tech-enabled healthcare companies and currently sits on the boards of Red Cell companies TARA Mind and Savoy Life.
